33,000 words, grouped by meaning. Each word is given the average color of web images found when searching for that term. You can see clusters of words related to plants, flesh, food, and water.

Interesting! Brown is the prominent color followed by green. I can clearly see that most human-based words show brown color while plant-based terms are represented by green.

How did you do this? Is there any software that is used to color code words? What do you think is color for dead objects or dead ones that are previously living? I’m curious about the color codes for emotions or terms describing feelings such as love, sad, joy and others.
